**Pizza place doesn’t have a formal process for resolving delivering pizza with missing ingrediant** Ordered margarita pizza for delivery. Item was delivered without basil. -Spoke with manager via phone who said refund for pizza would be issued. I would have accepted returning/replace the pizza or additional delivery of basil. -1 week passes no refund. Spoke with same manager who said owner has to issue refund and was on vacation. -1 week later I spoke with Owner was very nice and said next time I order they would comp the pizza -1 week later and they said they can’t comp a pizza for missing ingredient "its not in their policy". Manager or owner who I spoke with today was rude as if I was inconveniencing him. He said best he could do was offer 25% off. I declined and stated If this was provided initially I would have returned the pizza myself the day of. Yonx manager or owner stated "have a nice day" and hungup. Yonx Pizza Melissa fumbled basic process that should be standardized within a pizza establishment.

We absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere is amazing, and the music is hands down one of the best parts of the experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to answer any questions and recommend the best items on the menu. Honestly, everything on the menu is delicious, and the prices are more than fair for the quality you get. This has officially become our new favorite pizza place! We drive all the way from McKinney because it’s truly the best pizza in North Texas. A special thank you to Julius for the outstanding service and making our visit even better. We can’t wait to come back!

🍕The Greatest Slice🍕 This is easily the best pizza I’ve had. As someone who takes pizza seriously, that’s not something I say lightly. The person who took our order—who I believe may be the owner—was incredibly upbeat and made the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, which really enhances the overall experience. We ordered a 24-inch pizza with pepperoni, cheese, sausage, and red bell peppers, and it was outstanding—perfectly balanced and full of flavor. It was large enough for us to enjoy again later that evening, which was a great bonus. We also tried the four-piece garlic knots, which came with a slightly sweet marinara sauce that paired nicely. This was our third visit, and we fully intend to return. I will continue to highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for great food and a positive dining experience.
